We went there because our dog needed help and the dog warden told us that our dog should be welcomed and helped with no questions asked. Our dog was really sick and he needed to be put down but we didn't have the money to take him to a vet. So we took him to the Hancock Animal Shelter where we were treated like dirt. The lady at the counter was unbelievably rude to us. We didn't deserve that; we just wanted to get our dog to a better place. So if I was you, I would not take your loved pet to this place if it was the last place on earth.
